By accessing and using ApplyNova (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.
2. The Service
ApplyNova is an automated job application tool that searches for jobs based on your keywords and sends personalized applications (including your CV) via your authenticated Gmail account.
3. Usage and Application Credits
- Application Credits (Runs): Use of the job search and application features is limited by the number of "runs" or credits remaining in your account, as shown in the dashboard.
- Credit Consumption: Each initiation of the job search function consumes one credit, regardless of the number of jobs found.
- Credit Disclaimer: Credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change credit values or application limits at any time.
4. Your CV and Content
You retain all ownership rights to the CV, templates, and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant ApplyNova a limited, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and modify your User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service and generate job applications on your behalf.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ApplyNova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
